Overview

As an Outcomes Coordinator RN, you will  focus on improving patient care and outcomes through data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. They play a key role in ensuring quality care by identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies, and monitoring progress.

CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state, CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology and critical care/pulmonary. Responsibilities

  • Facilitates measurement and improvement activities for systems, state and national initiatives such as IHI, Core Measures, and National Quality Forum.
  • Promotes collaboration, decision making and problem resolution through effective interactions or facilitation with members of the hospital organization.
  • Monitors and aggregates hospitals performance relative to benchmarks to determine areas of needs and focus.
  • Supports the development and implementation of evidence-based protocols to eliminate unnecessary tasks and standardization of processes.

Qualifications

  • Active BSN RN license, in good standing (Arkansas license, or compact state license required before hire) 
  • Required 2-5 years experience in healthcare outcomes and performance improvement initiatives/techniques.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association is required
