Patient Account Rep

This is a great opportunity to join a cohesive, family-oriented team at Heart Clinic Arkansas - Hot Springs.  Our clinic offers great work hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) and flexibility!  This role is PRN for an as needed basis. 

• Answers phones promptly and courteously
• Responds to mail regarding account inquiries
• Answers patient questions
• Maintains records and files current for easy retrieval
• Enters patient information for appointments
• Reviews daily transaction journals to ensure all transaction batches are balanced
• Handles patient accounts confidentially
• Post all charges and payments to each designated patient account
• Handles collections of patient money in accurate honest mannerism
• Schedule patient appointments

• Highschool Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• Experience in Health care or related setting, preferred experience will  be switchboard, patient registration, and scheduling.
