With a complete order from the physician/advanced practice provider (APP), the Clinic Scheduler Coordinator is responsible for scheduling all inpatient and outpatient surgery and medical procedures, tests and studies. This position provides support, and communicates necessary information to patients and providers regarding surgery scheduling. The Clinic Scheduler Coordinator works within the various care teams to facilitate timely access to procedures and surgeries to enhance the patient experience.

Experience (required ):
Minimum two years’ customer service experience in an environment requiring multitasking, such as a call center,
administrative/physician's office, appointment scheduler or retail/ service industry
