At Commonspirit Health at Home, we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and approving all patient information provided by licensed professionals during essential care milestones—including Start of Care, Re-certification, Resumption of Care, Evaluation visits, and Discharge. This role promotes high-quality patient care by maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff. Additionally, the Quality Coordinator assists with staff training and ensures compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
