Overview

Make a difference in patients' lives by joining our team at CHI St. Vincent Heart Clinic of Arkansas Kanis location as a Registered Nurse, where you will empower patients to take control of their cardiac health through expert care and education.

Every day you will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. You will be expected to perform a variety of clinical procedures, educate patients about heart disease prevention, and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate patient care and experience by supporting and maintaining patient flow to minimize wait times.

  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills by prioritizing treatments and procedures based on each patient's needs.

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness by meticulously recording and verifying medical histories and vital signs to ensure quality care.

  • Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services

  • Administer injections, immunizations, and collaborate with physicians to assist with office procedures.


We are offering a sign on bonus up to $15,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Registered Nurse License in good standing from the State of Arkansas or a compact state prior to hire.

  • Previous experience is preferred, but not a mandatory requirement.

  • BLS through the American Heart Association is required

  • Additional certifications (like ACLS or PALS) may be required depending on the unit
