At CHI Health, our Speech-anguage Pathologists are vital members of a passionate care team dedicated to transforming lives—one word, one sound, one meal at a time. Whether in a fast-paced inpatient setting or a dynamic outpatient environment, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, social communication, and swallowing challenges in both adults and children.

Responsibilities:
This is a prn/casual position, with weekday and weekend shifts availble as needed. Min 2 weekend shifts per month and 2 holidays per year. (Time and a half pay on holidays.)
Required Education for Staff Job Levels | Minimum of a Masters from an accredited Speech Language Pathology School |
Required Licensure and Certifications | Active speech therapy license in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or speech therapy licensure compact. Basic life support is required upon hire. Must obtain CCC status from American Speech Language Assocation within 18 months of hire. |
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | High level of competence in both written and verbal communication, conducts self in a professional manner at all times, works well in a team environment, strong knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations and professional standards relating to Speech Lanaguage Pathology |
PREFERRED Qualifications | Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) completed |
