Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health and Creighton University School of Medicine are seeking a quality driven, patient–centered  CVOR Anesthesiologist  to join our team in  Omaha, Nebraska on a PRN basis.  The practice offers the ability to work alongside colleagues, teach medical students and surgery residents while practicing and directing CRNAs in a full-spectrum practice. This opportunity is well-suited for physicians seeking a diverse practice, including trauma.

This opportunity offers:

  • Team of 21 FT physicians and 45 CRNA's
  • 391 bed - Level I Trauma Center
  • Academic Facility
  • Care team model with medical direction of CRNAs
  • Accreditation in process for Anesthesia residency program and SRNA program
  • Wide variety of cases including General, Trauma, Ortho, Endo, Vascular, Urology, OB, Neuro and Cardiac
  • Acute Pain Service 
  • EPIC EMR
  • Academic appointment available, if desired, from Creighton University School of Medicine
  • Team covers main CUMC campus in addition to CHI Midlands Health Ambulatory Surgery Center
