As our Lab Assistant at CHI St Vincent,  you will help many patients get excited about blood work. That’s a fact. CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280 bed faith-based, non-profit, Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state, CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, neuro, ortho, oncology and critical care/pulmonary. • Knowledge of the principles and practices of microbiology, biology, hematology, immunohematology, urinalysis and chemistry.
• Knowledge of a clinical laboratory as it applies to the collection and processing of samples.  Testing of samples, interpretation of results, and the communication of those results to appropriate personnel.
• Knowledge of laboratory chemical and biological safety
• Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment 

• High School diploma or GED 
• Lab experience preferred
