Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a passionate and skilled Registered Dietitian eager to be at the forefront of patient health and recovery? Join our interdisciplinary healthcare team!

 

You'll provide comprehensive nutrition services and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), seamlessly integrating it with patient medical goals to impact outcomes and empower patients.

 

You will:

  • Assess & Intervene: Conduct nutrition assessments for at-risk patients; provide MNT by identifying problems and clarifying causes.
  • Plan & Implement: Develop and implement individualized nutrition intervention plans aligned with medical goals, prescriptions, and self-management training.
  • Evaluate & Measure: Continuously evaluate effectiveness and measure progress of MNT interventions.
  • Diet & Menu Planning: Skillfully plan patient menus and write modified diets.
  • Educate & Counsel: Assess educational needs and provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with completion of accredited dietetics program.
  • Completion of a didactic program in dietetics and supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE).
  • Oregon State Registered Dietitian.
