Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Clinic Supervisor to join our dedicated healthcare team at our LaVista Family Clinic located off of 96th & Giles.

Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7a-6p (FLEXIBLE!)

Are you a current Medical Assistant or LPN who’s ready to step up and lead? Do you have the knack for supervising while keeping a positive and upbeat team culture? We want you!

This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to take ownership of our clinic's daily workflow, improve patient care, and have fun while doing it!

Your day-to-day duties
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision, training, and mentorship to our amazing team of Medical Assistants, LPNs, and administrative staff.
  • Patient Flow: Optimize our daily schedule and patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize happy faces.
  • Super-Assistant: Fill in for our team as needed by performing clinical duties such as taking vitals, preparing patients for exams, and assisting providers. You're not above getting your hands dirty!
  • The Go-To: Be the friendly point of contact for patient complaints and operational hiccups. Your problem-solving skills will be key to keeping everyone happy.
  • Culture Keeper: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment where staff feel valued, supported, and motivated.

Qualifications

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a clinical setting, from an LPN or Medical Assistant background.
