We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic billing team as a Revenue Cycle, Billing and Collections Processor – Level I.  This entry-level position is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing department, driving positive cash flow and minimizing financial loss.

• Efficiently and timely collect outstanding accounts for assigned accounts.
• Process insurance claims accurately and promptly.
•  Investigate and respond to inquiries from payers, patients, and/or agencies regarding account receivable activity, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and collections activities.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with payers, patients, and internal stakeholders.
•  Ensure compliance with all relevant billing and collection regulations and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states:  AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., billing software, spreadsheets). -
• Must have experience in Infusion Services. Braintree software is a plus
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology (a plus).
