Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.
MINIMUM
ADN Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
One year recent acute care experience
AZ RN license
American Heart Association BLS certification
Must hold and maintain:
(1) AZ or compact state RN license (RN);
(2) American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS);
and
(3) ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification within 6 months of hire (CCP CHEMO).
PREFERRED
BSN
Professional certification in area of specialty
One year recent acute oncology care experience
Two-three years in outpatient infusion
American Heart Association ACLS certification
