Responsibilities

CHI St. Alexius is looking for a Part Time Clinic RN to join the Archway Clinic team!

 

Are you a compassionate and skilled RN looking to make a difference in patient wellness? Join our dynamic clinic team and work collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care under the supervision of our Clinical Coordinator!

 

You'll shine by:

  • Delivering top-notch patient care: Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care in the clinic according to policies and procedures, while maintaining standards of the state Nurse Practice Act.
  • Empowering patients & families: Meeting the educational needs of patients, families, and co-workers through effective teaching and learning principles, promoting patient wellness.
  • Collaborating effectively: Assisting physicians and nurse practitioners in clinical duties, including vital sign assessments, medication reconciliation, nursing assessments, and assisting with medication refill processes, to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Providing thorough and timely documentation of all patient care in medical records.

Qualifications

We're looking for:

  • Licensed RN in the state of North Dakota.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum one year of hospital experience or clinical nursing experience in psychiatry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic clinical skills in delivery of patient care.
  • Ability to perform effectively in emergency and stressful situations (nonviolent crisis intervention course required within six months of employment).
