This position performs high quality diagnostic Magnetic Resonance procedures for a wide variety of clinical indications while maintaining patient comfort. This position may also perform these procedures from a mobile unit. Qualifications

This position requires current registration with the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); must meet minimum requirements for Washington State to apply ionizing radiation and be certification-eligible (if not certified with Washington State, will not perform venapuncture or administer diagnostic agents and must obtain certification with Washington State within 30 days of employment). - Current CPR certification. - Also required for this position are proficient computer skills with an emphasis on technical and billing/scheduling systems. - Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathophysiology and magnetic resonance physics; excellent public relations skills; the ability to multitask; the ability to lift equipment and assist in moving large patients; must be able to satisfy magnetic resonance and employee safety requirements. - Must obtain MR Registry within 1 year of hire.
