Office Assistant

Accountable for assisting the department and handling all requests. Responsible for the daily receipt of supplies and acts as a liaison between the department and any external/internal areas.

1. Responsible for any data entry and database utilization for the department
2. Scheduling and Staffing as needed
3. Generation and distribution of reports
4. Responsible for purchasing and invoicing of department
5. Answers the telephone, Directs phone calls, mails information as needed
6. 6.Assists in the development and distribution of communications
7. 7.Performs distribution and replenishment as well as inventories supplies

• High School Diploma/GED required
• One (1) year of experience required
