Provides supports and consults on quality education based on learning needs to the employees of Dignity Health East Valley Hospitals and Urgent Care Centers. Collaborates with management under the direct supervision of the Manager or Director of Education Administration on all phases of employee development. Designs organizes implements and evaluates evidence-based educational programs orientations and continuing education that facilitate the professional growth skill development and competency of staff. These programs primarily support the organization's mission vision values and strategic goals to ensure quality safety and service in patient and family-centered care.
