Job Summary:
Provides coordination and support to the Business Development and Physician Recruitment functions. Responsibilities include maintaining databases and files (electronic and manual) related to business development and physician recruitment projects, coordinating physician C.V./resume monitoring and tracking, scheduling physician site visits, scheduling meetings for supervisors, maintain current status of all searches, and other secretarial duties as needed (i.e. copying, correspondence, and typing). This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization.
