Responsibilities

Responsible for performing maintenance tasks on hospital buildings and equipment. Also assists the Facilities Construction Coordinator as needed to complete renovation projects, including but not limited to, carpentry, sheetrocking, plumbing, painting, framing, wallpapering, floor covering, ceiling grids, concrete, tile, electrical systems, equipment repair, installation and repair of medical gas equipment.

Qualifications

Required:

Trade or vocational school, certification or licensure in a construction-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience knowledge of that provides the following knowledge and abilities: building trades, hospital maintenance, state and local building codes, read blueprints and mechanical drawings, accurately estimate materials required to complete project, maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
