CommonSpirit Health is seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to join our dedicated team as Region Director, Cardiology NW. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Cardiac Services division, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the landscape of cardiac care across our Northwest region.

About the Role:

 

As the Region Director, Cardiology NW, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the delivery of cardiac services throughout our Northwest facilities. Reporting to division leadership, you will be responsible for regional cardiac administration, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and adherence to all regulatory guidelines.

  • Workload Management: Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely completion of objectives.

  • Patient-Centered Approach: While this is a non-direct patient care role, you will indirectly impact patient care by shaping the systems and processes that support our clinical teams. An understanding of patient care needs and a commitment to quality outcomes are essential.
