Responsibilities

Position Summary:
 
As our Nurse Manager ICU at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, you’ll oversee critical care services and act as the conduit between our caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organization’s goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership.

Utilizing your excellent communication skills one-on-one and in front of groups, you will tackle tough conversations and, above all, be an educator at heart. Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required.
Required Licensure: 
  • Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required,
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
