Mercy Medical Center's advanced Cardiac Cath Lab is seeking a dedicated Technologist to join our elite team! This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of cardiac intervention, working side-by-side with leading cardiologists, making a profound difference in every beat.

 

What You'll Do – Pioneering Care, Every Single Day:

  • Crucial Procedure Assistance: Directly assist doctors during intricate heart procedures, including life-saving angioplasties and vital device implants. Your hands-on support is critical to success.
  • Sterile Environment Mastery: Expertly set up and maintain sterile equipment, ensuring the procedure room is meticulously prepared and efficiently ready for the next patient.
  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients before, during, and after their procedures, including precise groin management, ensuring comfort and optimal outcomes.
  • Image Processing & Analysis: Process critical images and meticulously take measurements, providing invaluable data that empowers doctors to make the best possible decisions for patient health.
  • Resource Management & Readiness: Keep our lab seamlessly stocked and all essential equipment in optimal working order, ensuring uninterrupted flow.
  • Continuous Improvement: Share your invaluable knowledge and actively contribute to improving our processes, shaping the future of cardiac care.
  • Essential On-Call Support: Participate in on-call shifts, demonstrating your commitment to urgent patient needs.

Shift: 7:30am - 4pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Requirements

What you need:

  • Radiology Technology degree.
  • ARRT registry (or eligible) and Oregon license within 3 months.
  • BLS certification (within 30 days) and ACLS certification (within 6 months).
  • Ability to work independently, be organized, and communicate well.
