Project Business Analyst I

The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. The Project Business Analyst I supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting in the documentation of business requirements, process mapping, and data analysis to facilitate project execution. This entry-level role collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contributes to the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree or relevant technical certifications (e.g., Essentials for PMO Analysts, CAPM)
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

• Exposure to managed care processes and population health initiatives

• Project Management Office experience

• Knowledge of health care data standards

• Google Workspace experience
