Our Surgery Scheduler is a central orchestrator for a patient's journey, from initial scheduling through post-operative follow-up. 

In this role, you will provide:

• Comprehensive schedule management and optimization
• Pre-operative logisitics and resource coordination
• Patient communication and education
• Problem resolution, escalation, and administrative support

What you will bring:

• Two years of related experience in a healthcare environment OR be a current CHI Mercy employee
• High school diplomo or equivalent
