Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 429-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,600 team members and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. As a Respiratory Therapist at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you’ll join an established team of RTs who share your passion for caring for patients experiencing breathing issues. Our Respiratory Therapists are highly trained when it comes to delivering specialized cardiopulmonary care including breathing techniques, ventilator management, nebulizer treatment, oxygen therapies, external ventilation support, and some pulmonary function assessments.
Your success in this role comes from a blend of your keen assessment skills and a sense of urgency. You have the ability to remain calm and focused in emergent situations. Your critical thinking skills enhance your care plans as you know what to do as well as the expected outcomes.

Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED
Graduate of an AMA Respiratory Therapy Program required
AZ Respiratory Therapist License
National Certified Respiratory Therapist OR National Registered Respiratory Therapist
American Heart Association-issued BLS certificate
One year of Level One Trauma ICU experience
Preferred:
National Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
American Heart Association-issued ACLS certificate
NRP or PALS certificate
