Leading the Radiology andSpecial Procedures team with the primary responsibility of taking care of others is very important. Our nursing supervisors are directly responsible for overseeing the quality of patient care and assure the delivery of individualized nursing care is given from each team member. We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.
Current licensure as Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. BSN, or pursuit of BSN or higher degree required.
A minimum of four years clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting or three years demonstrated leadership as a charge RN or PCC.
Familiar with scheduling process, staffing assignments, acuity systems, and quality of care. Has developed and presented education sessions.
Has contributed to employee evaluations and assisted with orientation of staff. Has experience investigating problems and provides solutions with- in the framework of best practice and nursing process.
One (1) year experience in Radiology
