Responsibilities

Are you a highly skilled Registered Nurse ready to lead, coordinate, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective care? We're seeking a dynamic RN with independent judgment and a collaborative spirit to join our healthcare team.

 

You will be a key leader, overseeing patient care and ensuring operational excellence, specifically:

  • Surgical Expertise: Maintain a safe surgical environment, prepare the OR, instruments, and specimens, and assist anesthesia/surgeon. You'll competently circulate and/or scrub cases.
  • Patient-Centered Care: Administer conscious sedation, continuously assess and prioritize patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with providers and families for discharge/transfer, empower staff through delegation, and ensure seamless patient care through effective communication.
  • Critical Response: Utilize critical thinking to recognize and respond to emergencies, triage patients, and perform necessary trauma interventions.
  • Safety & Standards: Uphold stringent infection control and body mechanics, maintaining a safe environment for all.

Qualifications

We are looking for an RN who is:

  • A graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) with 1+ year of clinical/acute hospital experience.
  • Holds a valid RN license, BLS, and commitment to obtain ACLS within 6 months.
  • An excellent communicator, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
