As the RN Lead, you'll be the organizational and clinical heart of our nursing team. Your duties will blend hands-on patient care with the strategic oversight needed to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional daily operation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Graduate of an accedited school of nursing
  • A valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in NE
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinic RN, preferably in family medicine.
  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire
