At CHI Health Midlands we proudly serve Sarpy County and surrounding areas in Nebraska with patient-focused care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | If working in a unit located in or traveling to Iowa, or a Behavioral Health/Psych unit: Mandatory Reporter Adult and Mandatory Reporter Child - within 6 months; tracked through Learning system Must possess good cooking skills with restaurant or institutional background. Must show creativity, enthusiasm, and a consistent positive attitude. Must work well with others. Ability to read and write. Ability to calculate amounts of ingredients when adjusting recipes. Ability to interpret written instructions and follow through with oral instructions. Must complete Food Services Sanitation class or inservice. |
