Responsibilities

Job Summary / Purpose
The System Director of Talent, Learning, and Capabilities Delivery Enablement is a critical leadership role designed to support and enhance the consulting capabilities of the Talent, Learning & Capabilities (TLC) Delivery teams. This position focuses on creating infrastructure, resources, and best practices to ensure effective consulting engagements, aligned with enterprise goals and objectives. By leveraging research, adult learning theory, instructional design capabilities, and performance metrics, this role empowers consultants to deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.

 

Essential Key Job Responsibilities


Consulting Enablement:

  • Conduct ongoing research into macro-level organizational health, OD trends, and consulting best practices to inform consulting activities.
  • Provide external research, content, and data to support consulting initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain consulting tools, resources, and frameworks to ensure consistency and high-impact delivery.

Consultative Experience Design:

  • Design and develop high-quality materials for use by TLC Consultants, including workshops, retreats, webinars, infographics, toolkits, handouts, and templates, using adult learning principles and graphic design best practices.
  • Collaborate with consultants to co-create solutions, interventions, and user-focused experiences.
  • Act as a thought partner in designing tailored interventions to meet unique business needs.

Resource and Asset Management:

  • Oversee the consulting library and portfolio of solutions, identifying gaps, archiving outdated content, and collaborating across HR to curate relevant assets.
  • Vet and maintain partnerships with external consulting vendors for assessments, coaching, and other specialized support.
  • Oversee administration for consulting tools and assessments
  • Establish and promote a consistent TLC consulting brand and experience across the organization.

Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of consulting engagements and interventions.
  • Collect and analyze success stories to demonstrate the value of consulting outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Continuously elevate consultant expertise and capabilities through structured learning, informal knowledge sharing, and updated methodologies.

Team Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across TLC consulting teams and with senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment of consulting initiatives with enterprise strategy and HR priorities.
  • Advocate for the TLC teams and contribute to long-term planning for growth and development.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education and Experience 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CPLP) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in consulting, talent management, learning, and development roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record in managing consulting processes and teams.
