As the Speech Therapy Supervisor at St. Bernardine Medical Center, you will be instrumental in planning, developing, implementing, and integrating outstanding speech therapy services across both our outpatient and acute care settings. This pivotal leadership role involves collaborating closely with the Manager of Rehabilitation and Senior Hospital Leadership to strategically manage human, fiscal, and other resources, drive business and personnel development, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. You will also foster collaborative relationships with other service providers within the medical center, ensuring seamless patient care.

Minimum 3 years clinical experience in speech therapy
Preferred/Desired: 2 years of experience in a leadership role such as (Therapy Advancement Program, Lead Therapist)
Master's Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an educational institution approved by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. Upon annual appraisal must demonstrate participation in external continuing education.
Preferred/Desired: Competency with Microsoft Suite- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
