Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.

• Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system, fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.
• The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions, have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and VAVs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience. 

• High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.

• Knowledge of building management systems including, building automation system, fire alarm system, and pneumatic tube system.

• Ability to read and follow PM instructions.

• Basic knowledge of central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and VAVs.
