Responsibilities

The Facilities Support Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Plant Operations, Environment of Care, Safety, Emergency Preparedness and Project Management. The Facilities Coordinator will serve as the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) site administrator; develop and manage vendor contracts; coordinate department services; oversee procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoicing, maintain all regulatory documentation for Environment of Care (EOC), Safety, and Facilities Management programs; work directly with project management teams; coordinate meetings; in addition to policy management, financial reporting and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • 3 years related job or industry experience in lieu of degree required
  • Acute care hospital experience preferred
