CommonSpirit Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team!

 

As a Charge Nurse, you will be a vital leader and clinical resource, guiding staff and collaborating with the primary RN or team leader to ensure exceptional patient care. You'll partner with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patient families to deliver quality care. We're looking for a role model who demonstrates technical and clinical competence, assisting staff with problem-solving and decision-making.

Qualifications

Two years of experience in the clinical specialty within the last three years preferred.  

Prefer previous charge nurse experience.  

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

Current American Heart Association Healthcare BLS Certification.

Specialty certification preferred.
