Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinic RN, you will help by being an integral part of a collaborative team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, holistic care for our Cardiology Clinic patients. 

 

Every day you will provide essential care within our supportive Cardiology department.Your day will be filled with opportunities to educate, support, and advocate for our patients, helping them navigate their Cardiology health journey with dignity and respect.

 

To be successful in this role, you must apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities
  • Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignments
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needs
  • Actively role models and coaches the behaviors associated with leadership and assist others in developing their skills and knowledge
  • Successfully completes the defined job specific competencies, including competencies for age specific, as appropriate

 

Job Requirements

Required

Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.  

 Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. 

CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire.

Perferred

At least two (2) years clinical experience within specialty area preferred.
