Our level I trauma center and academic medical center campus is designed to heal the body, mind, and spirit of every person in a more comfortable, less stressful hospital environment. Our full range of medical services includes trauma services, heart and vascular care, emergency services, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Work every Saturday, Sunday, along with Monday or Friday and enjoy PREMIUM SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL PAY while keeping your weekdays free!

You’ll provide support, guidance, and resources, helping patients get the care they need while connecting them to the community services that make life easier.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Offer crisis support, counseling, and resource referrals for patients and families

  • Help plan safe discharges and transitions of care

  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to keep patients supported and informed

  • Connect patients to community resources for housing, food, transportation, and more

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or willing to enter a Master's Degree program) from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education REQUIRED

 

License/Certification: Social Work Certification REQUIRED
