Are you a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist ready to directly impact patient recovery? We're seeking a skilled professional to provide hands-on patient evaluation, treatment, and education, driving maximum functional independence.

In this vital role, you will:

• Evaluate & Plan: Conduct thorough patient and family interviews, perform assessments, and develop measurable, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver & Adapt: Administer prescribed therapies, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust care for optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate & Lead: Oversee PTAs/Technicians, actively participate in interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with physicians and colleagues.
• Document & Comply: Maintain meticulous records, meet productivity standards, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Educate & Empower: Provide essential patient and caregiver education for lasting success.
• Be Prepared: Respond swiftly to emergencies.

This is a direct patient care role focused on hands-on impact.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

We require:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience: Clinical experience in broad-based rehabilitation (preferred).
• Licensure: Active Physical Therapist License (OR) & BLS-CPR (within 30 days).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
