Job Summary and Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Clinical Practice Coordinator to support and advance perioperative nursing practices across multiple states. This role is ideal for a master’s-prepared nurse with strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills who thrives on coordinating complex clinical initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

  • Oversee and coordinate perioperative nursing practice across multiple markets and hospital sites.

  • Partner with perioperative educators at each hospital to align education, practice standards, and process improvements.

  • Lead and facilitate multi-site collaboration to address ongoing changes and challenges in perioperative services.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate action plans to enhance consistency and quality in perioperative care.

  • Serve as a key resource and connector between hospital teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

  • Contribute to succession planning and mentorship initiatives within perioperative education and leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.

  • Perioperative nursing background with prior experience as a Perioperative Educator is required.

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects across multiple locations.

  • Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently while building strong collaborative relationships.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for advancing clinical practice.
