Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Project Coordinator to provide behind-the-scenes support for our RN Clinical Practice Coordinators and Pathways program. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, student onboarding, and program coordination across multiple locations, including Lincoln, Grand Island, and Kearney.jus

  • Provide administrative and project support to Practice Coordinators and program leaders.

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating assignments, adding participants, and distributing information.

  • Track progress and follow up on tasks, ensuring timely completion and communication.

  • Assist in moderating Zoom-based classes and virtual learning sessions.

  • Support student onboarding and engagement processes, coordinating across multiple sites and teams.

  • Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven administrative and/or project coordination experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment

  • Experience with LMS systems
