We’re seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Clinical Practice Coordinator to lead and oversee initiatives related to research, evidence-based practice, continuing education, and policy across four states. This role is ideal for a nursing professional with a strong background in research and education who is passionate about advancing nursing practice and maintaining excellence through evidence, education, and policy alignment.
Oversee and guide the nursing research and evidence-based practice process, including project review, approval, and implementation.
Serve as the primary contact and resource for nurses pursuing research initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
Lead and coordinate continuing education programs, including live sessions and annual education events across multiple markets.
Manage and maintain compliance with CHI Health policies, ensuring appropriate review, approval, and education for new or revised policies.
Collaborate with nursing leaders and educators to promote best practices and continuous professional development.
Provide expert consultation and guidance on evidence-based practice, research methodologies, and policy management.
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
Strong background in research, evidence-based practice, or continuing education required.
Experience with policy development, review, and implementation strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage complex, multi-state initiatives and collaborate across diverse teams.
