• Evaluates and assesses the bio-psycho-social needs of patients.
• Provides standardized administration and interpretation of approved psychological testing within the inpatient and outpatient settings when indicated.
• Responds to client request for information/support in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper authorizations are obtained for patients.

• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.
• A Ph.D. in clinical, counseling or educational psychology from an APA accredited school is required.
• Must have a current license as a Psychologist.  License must be held in the state you provide services.
