Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

The Staff RN is a licensed professional care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current CA RN license.
  • Valid California Drivers License and proof of current Automobile Insurance.
  • BLS certification (through the AHA)
  • One year prior experience as an RN in an acute care setting.
  • Two of the last five years working as a RN in a Home Health Agency.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Oasis "C" data set.
  • Will consider training if no qualified applicants apply. 
  • AA degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and
