The Secretary IV provides comprehensive administrative support to the Department Leader and other team members as directed. This role requires a high degree of discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Secretary IV serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. This position also involves maintaining confidential information, managing records, and supporting various projects and initiatives.
