Come join our 29 bed Definitive Observation 2 unit also known as 2Main. This unit cares for a diverse population of medical telemetry patients. This dynamic unit utilizes all of the evidence-based practices of the Nursing Bundle to maximize the patient experience. The incumbent is a professional who provides and supervises care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe and confidential environment from admission to discharge. Each RN is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team, providing leadership, personal/professional development, and conducting him/herself professionally.
