Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you meticulous, organized, and driven to ensure critical resources reach their destination on time? We're seeking a dedicated Receiving Clerk to be the backbone of our Materials Management team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our facility always has the supplies it needs to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do:

  • Logistics Leader: Receive, unload, and unpack shipments, meticulously verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Quality Control: Inspect deliveries, resolve discrepancies with buyers, and process returns.
  • Inventory Guardian: Store, restock, and neatly shelve items, maintaining an organized storeroom.
  • Distribution Dynamo: Efficiently deliver supplies throughout the facility and process outgoing shipments.
  • Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records and address clinical staff inquiries.
  • Team Player: Assist with physical inventory.

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Licensure: Valid Driver's License upon hire.
  • Preferred Experience: 2+ years in supply chain or hospital experience; forklift/pallet jack operation.
