The Training and Documentation Analyst, manages, maintains and implements documentation, communication, and employee experience strategies to support the supply chain team. This role supports the development of documentation, communication and training materials, and facilitates end-user training for supply chain-processes in alignment with initiatives. The individual will assist in developing and editing materials including stakeholder and team communications, manuals and e-learning/in-person/web meeting training documents under the direction of the Supply and Service Resource Management Director, Training, Education & Communications, and through collaboration with subject matter experts. Further, this function is responsible for supporting additional support for Supply Chain as required.
