CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you'll be a vital guardian of our patients' cardiac and overall health. You'll apply your specialized skills and compassion every day to:

Work Agreement:

Shift type/Length: day/night rotation / 12 hour

Weekend/Holiday Rotation: every other weekend / every other holiday

On-call Expectations: occasionally on call

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!):

  • Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!
  • Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.
  • Experience: While new grads are welcome, we're especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.
  • Essential Skills: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.
