Position Summary:
 
The Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Nurse is responsible for providing, coordinating, and directing patient care throughout the procedural experience. Utilizing the nursing process as a framework for critical thinking and decision-making, the nurse ensures safe, effective, and compassionate care from admission through discharge. This role requires close collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment. The EP Lab Nurse also demonstrates leadership, supports the professional growth of colleagues, and maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, safety, and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • One (1) year of experience as an RN in an EP Lab and/or Cath Lab. 
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA)
