Job Summary and Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE 

The Program Coordinator for Talent Development plays a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of enterprise-wide talent development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources or Organizational Development. The Program Coordinator will combine creativity and attention to detail to design engaging materials, manage program logistics, track progress, and document processes. This position will contribute to projects that shape the growth and development of leaders and employees across the enterprise. 

 

ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Support the design, development and executive of Talent Development programs and initiatives. ● Develop and maintain executive coaching and development tools, plans, and practices to support the enterprise development strategy. 

● Create polished, visually engaging presentations, reports, and program materials. 

● Design user-friendly guides, toolkits, and process documentation to support Talent Stewardship initiatives. ● Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, ensuring tasks are completed on time. ● Identify opportunities to streamline and improve program operations. 

● Collect and analyze program data (participation, feedback, assessment results, etc.) to measure impact and recommend enhancements. 

● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent development and develop success metrics to assess the effectiveness of our efforts and business outcomes. 

● Lead communicator with internal stakeholders and vendors to support program execution and create and manage SOWs. 

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

 

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field required. Masters preferred.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training

  • 2-4 years of experience in relevant work. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Google Apps (Doc, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project). Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple stakeholders.
