Job Summary and Responsibilities

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting a dynamic healthcare team? We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to be a vital part of our Transitional Care Management department here at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. 


We are looking for: 

  • An individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for precision.
  • Someone who excels at multitasking and managing priorities in a busy setting.
  • A natural communicator who can effectively engage with diverse individuals with clarity and professionalism.
  • A tech-savvy individual comfortable navigating various software and systems.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys contributing to a positive team environment and making a difference in patient care.

Job Requirements

  • High School Graduate / GED Required.
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience required.
  • Fire Safety (FIRE SAFETY) within 90 days of hire date required.
