In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity, the Administrative Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families and for the clinical operations of the unit under the direction of the Nurse Manager and/or Chief Nurse Executive.

Three (3) years of clinical experience within the past five (5) years, in an Operating Room/Surgery unit within a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated
leadership in the department within the last two (2) years (example: project management, charge nurse role, relief charge, preceptor, etc.)
